Service Description
Our Easter course is a comprehensive four-day course, we will cover crucial topics of A-level Mathematics with a strong emphasis on refining exam techniques. Each participant will receive a comprehensive booklet comprising essential materials, exam questions, and, notably, our exclusive collection of meticulously crafted A-level papers, complete with detailed solutions. Every student has the opportunity to sit a mock exam on day one, which will be graded, and detailed feedback will be provided to each student.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made online through our website or via direct arrangement with us. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place. 2. Pricing & Discounts Standard pricing applies as stated on our website. Early-bird discounts may be available for bookings made before a set deadline. Group discounts or school referrals may be offered at our discretion. 3. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 48 hours before the session: Eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the session: 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session: no refund. If a session is cancelled by us (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or an alternative session date. 4. Transfers & Rescheduling Bookings may be transferred to another student with prior approval. If a student cannot attend, they may be eligible for a credit towards a future session, subject to availability. 5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts - students with extra time may need to arrive earlier for mock exams. Late arrivals may not be given extra time for mock exams. No refunds or credits are given for no-shows. 6. Session Rules & Conduct Students must bring their own required materials (e.g., pens, scientific calculators, pencil and maths set). Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund. 7. Feedback & Follow-Ups Mock exam results will be provided within a specified timeframe. Personalised feedback sessions are optional and require an additional fee. Group review sessions may be offered at a lower cost for students who opt out of individual feedback. 8.
